We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the items must be:
- Unused, in the original packaging.
- Fit for resale
How can I return my item?
- You can contact with us (info@naylufit.com) within 14 days after you received the item.
- After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were unused, unaltered and fit for resale.
